Who delivers my order?
We work with the parcel service DPD. Delivery within 48-72 hours. You can personally track the delivery using the tracking number. Do you have any questions about your order or its delivery? Send an e-mail to contact@purethewinery.com
What is the delivery time?
If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday), your order will be delivered within 48 - 72 hours.
Where can I find the status of my order?
If your order has been processed correctly, you will receive the order confirmation by email. Once your order is received by our carrier, you will receive an another email with a track & trace link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
My order was damaged, what now?
We do everything we can to deliver your order neatly and undamaged. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, send an email to contact@purethewinery.com
